Deine Rolle
Als Berater:in unterstützt du Energieunternehmen dabei, ihre Ressourcen mithilfe unserer Softwarelösungen effizient zu nutzen und die Energiewende aktiv voranzubringen. Du arbeitest eng mit Kunden sowie Kolleg:innen aus Consulting, Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und Support zusammen - und gestaltest so die Energiewende aktiv mit.
Deine Aufgaben
- Beratung unserer Kunden zu geschäftlichen Herausforderungen und Entwicklung von Best Practices für Prozesse, Optimierung, Prognosen und Energiehandel
- Konfiguration unserer Multi-Asset-Optimierungs-, Handels- und Automatisierungslösungen - von der Kraftwerksmodellierung bis zur Umsetzung von Gebotsstrategien
- Einrichtung von Datenmodellen in unserer objektorientierten Datenmanagement-Software
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung von Kundenprojekten
- Coaching und Schulung von Anwender:innen zur Verbesserung ihrer Arbeitsprozesse
Dein Profil
Das bringst du mit:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium z. B. in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Mathematik, Physik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen (z. B. Trader, Portfoliomanager, Entwickler, Projektmanager)
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, Geschäftssinn und Interesse an energiewirtschaftlichen Themen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Das ist ein Plus:
- Kenntnisse der europäischen Energiemärkte
- Erfahrung in Softwareimplementierungsprojekten
- Know-how in Planung, Prognose oder Optimierung der Stromerzeugung
