Job Description

  • Develop and maintain a structured knowledge base that serves as the foundation for an AI-powered troubleshooting assistant for wind turbines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate expert knowledge into machine-readable formats.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and capture knowledge related to wind turbine troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement processes for capturing, organizing, and sharing knowledge
  • Continuously evaluate the performance of the AI-guided troubleshooting system and refine knowledge assets based on user feedback and system analytics.
  • Ensure that the knowledge base is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wind turbine technology, with a strong understanding of troubleshooting and maintenance practices.
  • Proven experience in knowledge management, particularly in environments involving AI or digital tools
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, natural language processing, or expert systems is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex technical information clearly and logically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience with knowledge base platforms, content management systems, or semantic data modelling is desirable
  • Understanding of industry standards and regulations relevant to wind turbine operations and safety
