Your Missions
Belonging to HSEQ Department, working in close collaboration with DEV & IPP, C&E and AM&P, the Quality Operations Manager is responsible for developing and ensuring the application of the operations quality system across the organization, namely:
- Product and Process Compliance
- Process and Production Control
- Non-Conformity and Corrective Action Management
- Statistical and Quality Monitoring
- Continuous Improvement and Operational Efficiency
- Training and Operational Awareness
Other main responsibilities are:
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and processes for factory equipment;
- Define with relevant departments the relevant processes, procedures and KPIS to give visibility of quality performance;
- Collaborate with the DEV & IPP, C&E and AM&P departments to establish quality criteria in the contracts;
- Elaborate the quality protocols specific to each type of equipment including negotiation with third party entities, supplier, and client;
- Ensure that all equipment and materials procured meet the specified quality standards and requirements;
- Conduct quality audits and inspections at supplier facilities to verify compliance with quality standards;
- Use current tools to document and report quality issues or non-conformities, promote and mediate return of experiences and supplier evaluation;
- Perform analysis of the costs /investment and types of testing through the last portfolio of projects;
Work closely with the Engineering department to understand technical requirements and standards for equipment;
- Maintain effective communication with all relevant departments to ensure alignment of quality requirements and issues;
- Comply, Promote and Supervise the correct implementation of good practices, legal, Health, Safety and Environmental requirements;
- Consolidate all relevant information, for the regular meetings and for the REX meetings;
- Support the HSEQ department in the creation and development of the quality KPIs and tools.
Qualifications & Experiences
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Degree in engineering in related fields such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a similar discipline;
- Additional certifications or coursework related to quality control and assurance is advantageous;
- Familiar with performance indicators;
- Operational technical expertise;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- English proficiency (mandatory).
