Job Description

Estamos buscando un/a Técnico/a Senior de O&M para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en las plantas fotovoltaicas de Málaga. Esta persona será responsable de apoyar las operaciones locales, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y eficiencia establecidos por el Hub, y colaborando estrechamente con los equipos regionales para garantizar una ejecución fluida de los procesos.

Lo que harás

Plant Management

  • Elaborarás informes mensuales de producción, incidencias y desempeño operativo del parque.
  • Planificarás, organizarás y supervisarás los trabajos de planta ejecutados por el equipo propio y por subcontratas, asegurando cumplimiento y calidad.
  • Acompañarás al Project Manager en reuniones con clientes, aportando información técnica y operativa.
  • Atenderás a proveedores y subcontratistas, asegurando la correcta ejecución de sus actividades.
  • Gestionarás y asignarás tickets en el CMMS, realizando seguimiento y garantizando la calidad de la información registrada.

Mantenimiento y Operación de Planta

  • Realizarás el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo según los planes establecidos y órdenes de trabajo.
  • Intervendrás en instalaciones de baja tensión y maniobras en celdas de media tensión.
  • Realizarás inpecciones de aerogeneradores.
  • Ejecutarás trabajos de retrofit, limpieza de módulos, desbroce vegetal y aplicación de herbicidas ecológicos.
  • Monitorizarás sistemas SCADA, realizarás tareas de limpieza básica de herramientas y áreas de trabajo, y participarás en el servicio de guardia.
  • Llevarás a cabo tareas generales como reparación de viales, pintura, limpieza de evacuaciones y apoyo en otras ubicaciones.

Lo que necesitas para tener éxito

  • Formación profesional superior (FP2) en el campo de la electricidad/ electrotecnia/ electrónica o similar.
  • Experiencia de más de 10 años en el sector de las energías renovables, mantenimiento eléctrico industrial o similar o electricidad en instalaciones de baja y alta tensión.
  • Dominio fluido de inglés hablado y escrito.
  • Manejo avanzado del paquete Microsoft Office.
  • Valorable formación PRL específica en trabajos eléctricos, en altura y aplicación de productos fitosanitarios.
