Deine Position

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung von Wärmepumpenprojekten im SHK-Bereich - mit Schwerpunkt auf Einfamilien- und Mehrfamilienhäusern
  • Organisation und Koordination unserer Subdienstleister vor Ort - von der Installation bis zur Abnahme
  • Sicherstellung der termin-, kosten- und qualitätsgerechten Ausführung unserer Bauvorhaben
  • Überwachung und Steuerung der Baustellenabläufe in der jeweiligen Region sowie gelegentliche überregionale Einsätze
  • Technische Abstimmung mit Planungsabteilung, Vertrieb und Kunden
  • Dokumentation des Baufortschritts und Berichterstattung an die Montageleitung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im SHK-Handwerk mit Meistertitel oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bauleitung, idealerweise mit Wärmepumpen
  • Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination externer Dienstleister
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region, gelegentlich auch darüber hinaus
  • Führerschein Klasse B
