Bei 1KOMMA5° bauen wir Europas führende Energie-Software-Plattform "Heartbeat" und schaffen so ein virtuelles Kraftwerk, das Photovoltaik, Stromspeicher, Wärmepumpen und Ladesäulen der Kunden verknüpft und so die Rentabilität vernetzter Kundenanlagen deutlich erhöht. Deine Position
- Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Steuerung deiner Dach-Teams auf den Baustellen in deiner Region
- Qualitätssicherung und Bewertung der ausgeführten Arbeiten - inklusive Feedback, Anleitung und ggf. Nachschulung
- Befähigung neuer Teams (idR 1 Vorarbeiter und 2 Bauhelfer m/w/d) im Bereich der PV-Dachmontage
- Schnittstelle zu den 1K5° Standorten, der Projektkoordination und Montageleitung
- Mitarbeit an der Standardisierung von Abläufen und Verbesserung der Montageprozesse
- Unterstützung bei der Materialplanung, Einsatzvorbereitung und täglichen Organisation deiner Montageteams
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung - idealerweise im Dach-, Elektro- oder PV-Bereich
- Erfahrung in der Montage von Photovoltaikanlagen, insbesondere in der DC-seitigen Dachmontage
- Erste Erfahrung in der Anleitung oder Koordination von Teams wünschenswert
- Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb deiner Region, Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
