Dein Job: High-End Service für die Wärmepumpe

Du arbeitest eigenständig in deiner Region, startest direkt von zuhause und hast ein starkes Team im Rücken. Wir nutzen moderne Tools wie Salesforce und Praxedo, damit du dich auf die Technik konzentrieren kannst, statt auf Papierkram.

  • Fixum: Ein sicheres Grundgehalt zwischen 4.000 € und 5.000 € Brutto (je nach Erfahrung).
  • Wochenend-Turbo: Regelmäßige Rufbereitschaften werden belohnt:
    • 200 € Brutto Pauschale nur für das Bereitstehen am Wochenende.
    • 150 € Brutto extra für jeden einzelnen Einsatz beim Kunden.
  • Service-Fahrzeug: Dein eigener Wagen, vollausgestattet, inkl. Heimfahrt und auf Wunsch 1%-Regelung zur Privatnutzung (nach der Probezeit).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Saisonaler Profi: Von Ostern bis Oktober sorgst du mit professionellen Wartungen für langlebige Systeme. Von Oktober bis Ostern bist du der Retter in der Not bei der Störungsbehebung und Entstörung.
  • Fehlersuche & Diagnose: Du analysierst komplexe Systeme und bringst Wärmepumpen effizient zum Laufen.
  • Technik-Experte: Du unterstützt unsere Montage-Teams als fachlicher Ansprechpartner bei kniffligen technischen Fragestellungen vor Ort.

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung: Du bist Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Elektriker, Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik oder hast eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung: Du hast einschlägige Routine im Kundendienst oder in der Installation von Wärmepumpen.
  • Zertifizierung: Idealerweise bist du Elektrofachkraft für festgelegte Tätigkeiten (EfFfT) und/oder hast einen Sachkundenachweis nach ChemKlimaschutzV (Kälteschein).
  • Must-haves: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch für die Beratung unserer Kunden und besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B
