Das Gehaltspaket
- Fixum: Sicheres Grundgehalt zwischen 2.800 € und 4.000 € Brutto (je nach Erfahrung).
- Prämien-Turbo: Durch unsere Montage-Boni ist ein Monatsverdienst von 5.500 € Brutto und mehr absolut realistisch.
- Mobilität: Dein Team (3 Personen) hat zwei voll ausgestattete Fahrzeuge. Privatnutzung (1%-Regelung) nach der Probezeit möglich.
Deine Aufgaben
- Fundamentbau: Du erstellst die Basis für unsere Wärmepumpen (Aushub, Drainage, Montage von Fertig-Bausteinen).
- Kernlochbohrung: Du setzt die entscheidende Verbindung zwischen Inneneinheit und Außeneinheit.
- Team-Work: Du arbeitest Hand in Hand im festen Vorbau-Team (2 Profis vom Bau + 1 Elektriker).
- Technik-Check: Verlegung der Leitungen und Vorbereitung der Baustelle für die finale Installation.
Das sind NICHT deine Aufgaben
- KEIN Subunternehmer-Chaos oder Großbaustellen-Dreck.
- KEIN Papierkram - alles läuft über dein Dienst-Tablet.
Dein Profil
- Ausbildung/Erfahrung: Du kommst aus dem Bereich Maurer, Tiefbau, GaLaBau, Straßenbau, Betonbau oder bist ein erfahrener Bauhelfer.
- Führerschein: Du hast die Klasse B (Zwingend für den Team-Sprinter!).
- Mindset: Du hast Lust auf saubere Baustellen und ein Team, auf das man sich verlassen kann.
- Sprache: Deutsch (mind. B1) zur Abstimmung im Team.
