Deine Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle bist du die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden bei Fragen zu den Fronius Online‑Plattformen und trägst aktiv zu einem reibungslosen Nutzererlebnis bei.

  • Betreuung von Kunden, Installateuren und Tochtergesellschaften via Telefon und E‑Mail
  • Unterstützung bei Garantieanfragen, Produktregistrierungen, Login‑Themen und Bestellprozessen
  • Beratung zu Produkten im Webshop und Bereitstellung von Produktinformationen
  • Weiterleitung technischer Anliegen an die zuständigen Fachabteilungen
  • Bearbeitung und Dokumentation aller Anfragen im CRM sowie Pflege und Neuanlage von Kontakten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre / HAK / HAS)
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenkommunikation
  • Gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikative und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit technischer Affinität für Plattformen und Programme
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • ERP Systemerfahrung von Vorteil

Unsere Löhne und Gehälter liegen über dem Kollektivvertrag (KV) der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie.
