The Environmental and Sustainability unit (EnSu) within BA Wind is a centralized unit supporting our business activities across onshore, offshore, solar, batteries & hydrogen with the aim of lifting sustainability into every aspect of our business and facilitating co-existence of renewable energy development with society and a rich natural environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Environmental & Sustainability Specialist to join our Sustainable Design & Sustainable Procurement Team within Business Area Wind, supporting our Onshore Wind and Solar & Batteries project portfolios.

As an Environmental & Sustainability Specialist in the Sustainable Design & Sustainable Procurement Team, you will work closely with our Onshore Wind and Solar & Batteries teams to implement cost-efficient, sustainable solutions and technologies. Your work will support our sustainability targets and ambitions by reducing carbon footprints, promoting resource efficiency, and embedding sustainability requirements and award criteria into procurement tenders. You will also engage with suppliers to strengthen sustainability performance across the supply chain and support the development of innovations and technologies that enable sustainable growth in renewables.

You will be part of an international team of environmental and sustainability specialists across our core markets, working together to drive sustainability initiatives, execute sustainability strategies and ambitions and ensure compliance with legal, permit, and internal commitments.
