We are seeking a Back Office Specialist to support our Technical Manager and contribute to the success of our Solutions Team, which delivers turnkey rooftop and ground‑mounted photovoltaic and battery storage projects.
This position is well‑suited for a highly organized and proactive professional who thrives in a structured, fast‑evolving technical environment within the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and organizational support to the Technical Manager
- Coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Daily communication with partners and internal teams
- Preparing reports, documentation, and internal materials
- Working with documents and spreadsheets
- Managing and updating data in CRM systems
- Assisting with preparation of quotations and administrative documentation
- Communicating with authorities and institutions related to PV and BESS projects
- Ensuring document management, data accuracy, and deadline monitoring
- Supporting project management activities and cross‑department coordination
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or back office role, ideally within construction or real estate
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM and/or ERP systems
- Native‑level Czech or Slovak and a good command of English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic and Slovakia to support team activities
- Excellent professional communication skills with a proactive and analytical approach
- Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- High level of resilience and the ability to perform well under pressure
- Team‑oriented mindset combined with the ability to work independently
- Structured, responsible, and solution‑oriented working style
