We are seeking an engaged and forward‑thinking Corporate Governance Specialist to strengthen our Legal Team. You will play a key role in maintaining the Group's corporate structure and ensuring the smooth operation of internal governance processes.
For a driven early‑career professional, this is a chance to gain valuable experience, work closely with senior colleagues, and grow within an international organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate governance support: managing the Group's corporate structure under the supervision of senior team members
- Internal systems administration: updating and maintaining internal group management systems and corporate records
- External communication: liaising with third parties such as courts, notaries, administrative bodies, and external legal providers
- Legal documentation: assisting in drafting internal legal documents, guidelines, and policies
- Group-wide projects: providing support on cross‑group initiatives including financing projects, acquisitions, and other strategic matters
Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Law
- At least 1 year of experience in corporate law, corporate governance, or legal operations
- Native-level Czech and fluent English
- Strong understanding of corporate law, governance principles, and regulatory frameworks
- Hands-on experience with contract management
- Knowledge of the Companies Act and related legislation
- Proactive, self‑driven mindset with the ability to take ownership
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- High level of engagement, responsibility, and attention to detail
