Corporate Governance Specialist

We are seeking an engaged and forward‑thinking Corporate Governance Specialist to strengthen our Legal Team. You will play a key role in maintaining the Group's corporate structure and ensuring the smooth operation of internal governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate governance support: managing the Group's corporate structure under the supervision of senior team members
• Internal systems administration: updating and maintaining internal group management systems and corporate records
• External communication: liaising with third parties such as courts, notaries, administrative bodies, and external legal providers
• Legal documentation: assisting in drafting internal legal documents, guidelines, and policies
• Group-wide projects: providing support on cross‑group initiatives including financing projects, acquisitions, and other strategic matters

Qualifications and Experience

• University degree in Law
• At least 1 year of experience in corporate law, corporate governance, or legal operations
• Native-level Czech and fluent English
• Strong understanding of corporate law, governance principles, and regulatory frameworks
• Hands-on experience with contract management
• Knowledge of the Companies Act and related legislation
• Proactive, self‑driven mindset with the ability to take ownership
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• High level of engagement, responsibility, and attention to detail
