Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine:n Technische:r Projektmanager:in für New Energy Großprojekte Region Mitte (m/w/d) , die ihre Expertise in Photovoltaik, Energiespeicher, Ladeinfrastruktur, Energiemanagement und Netzwerktechnik einbringen möchten. Bei uns erwarten dich spannende Projekte, ein dynamisches Team und die Chance, die Zukunft von New Energy-Anlagen aktiv mitzugestalten.
Deine Position
- Technische Gesamtverantwortung für anspruchsvolle EPC-Projekte im Bereich Commercial New Energy bestehend aus Photovoltaik-Dachanlagen, Batteriespeichern, Ladeinfrastruktur und Energiemanagement
- Bauüberwachung vor Ort sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung technischer und sicherheitsrelevanter Standards
- Entwicklung technischer Konzepte gemeinsam mit unseren Planungs- und Engineering-Teams sowie Begleitung der Umsetzung (z. B. Dachbelegung, Stringplanung, NSHV, Transformatoren, MS-Stationen)
- Führung und Koordination externer Dienstleister, Nachunternehmer und Lieferanten auf GU-Baustellen unter Sicherstellung von Qualität, Zeitplan und Budget
- Ergebnisorientiertes Stakeholder-Management mit Auftraggebern, Netzbetreibern, Dienstleistern, Behörden und internen Planungsabteilungen zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Projekte
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien, Elektrotechnik, Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens zwei bis drei Jahre einschlägige EPC-Erfahrung im Commercial- oder Industrial-Bereich
- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis in den Bereichen NSHV, Transformatoren, Stromlaufpläne, MS-Stationen und elektrotechnische Normen
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Durchsetzungsstärke und die Fähigkeit, sich auf großen GU-Baustellen souverän zu behaupten
- Wohnort in oder im Umkreis von Göttingen
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region Mitte
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C-Level) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Belastbarkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
