Deine Position

  • Fachliche Führung und Planung eines Teams aus Monteuren
  • Installation der Unterkonstruktion für Photovoltaikanlagen sowie Montage der PV-Module und Verlegung der DC-Kabel bis zur Hauseinführung
  • Technische Prüfung und Dokumentation gem. geltender Vorschriften
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsstandards und Arbeitsvorschriften
  • Kundenkommunikation auf der Baustelle

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dachdecker / Zimmermann oder vergleichbar (m/w/d) oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Montage oder Dachdecker
  • Du besitzt erste Führungserfahrung in der Aussteuerung von Teams im Bereich Photovoltaik
  • Höhentauglichkeit und Erfahrung mit Arbeiten auf Dächern
  • Eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, idealerweise zusätzlich auch der Klasse BE
