Als Head of Technical Operations Excellence (Installation & Service) trägst Du die Verantwortung für die bundesweite Sicherstellung einer skalierbaren, wettbewerbsfähigen und standardisierten technischen Leistungserbringung (Installation & Wartung) im Bereich Wärmepumpen mit der Integration weiterer Energielösungen (z.B. PV, Batteriespeicher, Wallboxen, und Energiemanagement).

Deine Herausforderungen

  • Sicherstellung der bundesweiten Performance von Installation & Wartung (Zeit, Qualität, Kosten)
  • Aufbau und Umsetzung standardisierter Prozesse und Best Practices über alle Standorte
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der operativen Exzellenz inkl. KPI-System und Performance-Reviews
  • Führung eines Expertenteams sowie fachliche Steuerung der regionalen Fachbetriebe von Vattenfall sowie von externen Partnern zur Projektumsetzung
  • Enge Abstimmung mit unseren Handwerksbetrieben, Vertrieb, Kundenservice sowie Product & IT Management zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten End-to-End-Umsetzung.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im technischen Operations-/Handwerksumfeld (z. B. SHK, Bau, Energie)
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in Prozessoptimierung und Skalierung dezentraler Organisationen
  • Fundiertes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Steuerung und KPI-basierter Performance-Management-Systeme
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellenfunktionen (insb. Handwerk, Vertrieb und Produkt/IT)
  • Kenntnis moderner Methoden wie Lean Management, Operational Excellence oder vergleichbarer Ansätze.
