We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Product Owner to join our product organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and timely delivery of product initiatives while balancing business objectives, technical requirements, security considerations, and time-to-market.

As a Senior Product Owner, you will work closely with Product Managers, development teams, and stakeholders across the organization to transform strategic roadmap initiatives into actionable development plans. You will own and prioritize the product backlog, drive transparency around delivery progress, and act as a key link between business and technology.

Beyond product ownership, you will serve as a coach and informal leader for less experienced Product Owners, contributing to the growth and maturity of the product organization.

What you will do to make a difference

  • Own, create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business objectives and product roadmaps.
  • Ensure a clear connection between strategic business goals and day-to-day development activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define priorities and deliver desired business outcomes.
  • Act as the primary communication bridge between Product Managers and development teams.
  • Provide transparency on development progress, dependencies, risks, and roadblocks.
  • Balance quality, scope, security, technical debt, and time-to-market considerations.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Senior Product Owner, or similar product leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and backlog management.
  • Experience working closely with software development teams in a technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into clear, actionable development priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience balancing business needs, technical constraints, security requirements, and technical debt.
  • Ability to influence and lead without formal authority.
  • Experience mentoring colleagues and supporting team development is an advantage.
