Join NKT's Grid Solution business as a Site Manager and take part in delivering high-voltage cable projects that support the green transition across Northern Europe. In this role, you will coordinate on-site activities, ensure electrical safety, and collaborate with customers and teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. This is an opportunity to work in an international environment with projects that contribute to modern energy infrastructure. Coordinate site operations, safety, and customer collaboration

As Site Manager, you will oversee daily site activities, ensuring accurate documentation, effective coordination, and compliance with QHSE standards. You will act as the key on-site contact for customers while supporting your team in delivering consistent and high-quality work. The role combines operational coordination with hands-on involvement and technical understanding.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Manage daily activities and time registration on-site
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and project tracking
  • Act as the customer contact during site operations
  • Ensure adherence to electrical safety and QHSE procedures
  • Support technical tasks and participate in jointing training

You will report to the Head of Onshore Operation and work closely with project managers and a team of jointers. The position is based in Br??ndby or Malm??, with travel across Scandinavia (approximately 30 days per year).
