Deine Aufgaben

Kundensupport per Telefon für Installateure und Endanwender
Kundensupport per E-Mail und Social Media
Beantwortung von Fragen zu unseren Fronius Produkten im Bereich Solar Energy
Erfassung von Kundenanfragen und Kundenkontakten in der MS CRM Software
Arbeiten mit verschiedenen Fronius Analysetools

Du verfügst über

Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
Technisches Verständnis bzw. Affinität zur Technik
Teamfähigkeit sowie Zuverlässigkeit
Dienstleistungsorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
