Mission

Provide support and technically assess the lifting operations of the components for the different types of technologies. Define the most optimized cranes depending on the turbine type, technology, and height. Provide technical support within the organization in those processes where crane-related assistance is required.

Tasks

  • Technically assess lifting operations for the various components associated with different technologies, ensuring safe, efficient execution in compliance with applicable procedures and regulations
  • Define and propose the optimal crane configuration based on turbine type, applicable technology, required heights, and site conditions
  • Provide specialized technical support throughout all project phases involving lifting operations, including engineering, planning, execution, and operational review
  • Participate in the preparation and validation of lifting plans, identifying risks, operational constraints, and mitigation measures to ensure safe crane activities
  • Advise and support the organization in any internal processes requiring crane-related expertise, contributing to continuous improvement and adherence to safety standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (HSE, operations, engineering, logistics, construction) to ensure proper coordination and technical alignment in all lifting activities
  • Keep contact with main crane suppliers and manufactures

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in technical Engineering incl. further qualifications or achieve this working level through experience
  • Experience using AutoCAD, Autocad 3D, Teamcenter Visualization), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), MS Project
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position/job. Experience in crane operations
  • Self-responsible, structured, process and solution orientated way of working
  • Communicative, proactive being able to work with multicultural teams
  • Ability to analyze problems and make decisions
  • Ability to work in an indoor or outdoor environment
  • Committed and assertive person. Organizational ability and planification
  • Excellent communicator with strong English skills, fluent spoken and written
  • German language skills are an advantage
  • Availability to make short trips
