About the position

Are you an organised, proactive administrative professional looking to play a vital role in one of Australia's most iconic energy infrastructure projects?

As a Team Administrator on the Snowy 2.0 Project, you will provide high-quality administrative, training, and operational support to keep our workforce moving smoothly. Reporting to the Onboarding Lead, you will be the backbone of our operational logistics-managing employee and contractor onboarding, training administration, travel, accommodation, and system compliance.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where your attention to detail directly impacts safe, efficient, and successful project delivery across office and site locations.

This position is a 2-year fixed-term contract, based in our Cooma Office.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Workforce Mobilisation

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, medical bookings, and pre-employment requirements for employees, contractors, secondees, and international personnel.
  • Arrange site access, security cards, system access, and PPE.
  • Manage seamless demobilisation processes, including equipment return and access cancellations.

Training Coordination & Compliance

  • Schedule, book, and coordinate mandatory compliance and operational training sessions.
  • Maintain training records, competencies, and licenses within the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Support the creation and upload of learning materials, and produce regular compliance/capability reports.
  • Guide employees and leaders on using internal systems

Project Administration & Logistics

  • Manage travel, accommodation, vehicle hire, and movement logistics for project personnel.
  • Maintain project registers, filing systems, and records accurately.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, catering, visitor access, and record meeting minutes.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to streamline administrative workflows.

Financial & Procurement Support

  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and monitor expenditure across training, travel, and admin accounts.

Qualifications & Experience
