Deine Position

  • Organisation und Steuerung der zentralen Büroabläufe einschließlich Telefonzentrale
  • Erster sympathischer Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Dienstleister und Lieferanten im täglichen Schriftverkehr
  • Koordination und telefonische Terminierung von Kundenterminen sowie Steuerung interner Abläufe
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Rechnungen sowie sorgfältige Verwaltung von Unterlagen
  • Führung von Kundengesprächen zur Klärung von Anliegen und Abstimmung von Dienstleistungen
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei administrativen Aufgaben und Optimierung der Büroprozesse

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Branchenerfahrung (Heizung/Sanitär) ist ein Plus, aber auch Wiedereinsteiger und Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit allgemeinen Bürotätigkeiten und MS Office, insbesondere Word und Excel
  • Technisches Verständnis und Affinität für technische Zusammenhänge
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit viel Eigeninitiative
