- Process Improvement & Efficiency: Proactively work with other members of the Smart CRM team to optimise ways of working, streamline processes and simplify complex customer journeys to improve campaign speed-to-market.
- Briefing: Expected to write best-in-class creative briefs designed to deliver performance-driven communications across multi-channel opportunities.
- Delivery process end-to-end: Must manage the entire delivery process for campaigns across all channels, which includes briefing data campaign automation teams, overseeing email builds, and ensuring call centre readiness.
- Reporting and analysis: Requires working with reporting and analytics to deliver forecasts for activity, understanding in-flight optimization and measuring the weekly performance of these activities.
- Drive continuous performance uplift by designing and executing a rigorous, measurable Test and Learn programme across all Smart communications.
You'll be a successful CRM Manager here at OVO if you...
