Was wir uns von dir wünschen

Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Naturwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung bildet die Grundlage deiner Expertise
Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement für Hardware mit, inklusive Produkteinführungen, die du selbst gesteuert und erfolgreich umgesetzt hast
In mindestens zwei dieser Bereiche kennst du dich aus der Praxis aus: Photovoltaik, Batteriespeicher, Wärmepumpen, Wallboxen, HEMS oder EMS
GEG, BEG und §14a EnWG sind für dich keine Fremdwörter
Klassisches und agiles Produktmanagement beherrschst du gleichermaßen
Du verstehst es, interdisziplinäre Teams und Stakeholder erfolgreich zu koordinieren und gemeinsame Ziele voranzutreiben
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch runden dein Profil ab, ebenso wie die Bereitschaft, ab und zu national oder international unterwegs zu sein
