Die Vattenfall Wasserkraft GmbH sucht für den Bereich der Instandhaltungsdurchführung ab sofort unbefristet eine:n Teamleiter:in IT/OT-Systemadministration am Standort Hohenwarte/ Goldisthal/ Markersbach/ Bleiloch/ Wendefurth.

Du wirst Teil des Teams der Instandhaltungsdurchführung und trägst entscheidend dazu bei, die Vattenfall Business Unit Hydro Power Plants Germany erfolgreicher zu machen.

Deine Herausforderungen

Du bist für die Umsetzung der wirtschaftlichen, gesetzeskonformen und sicheren Instandhaltungsdurchführung im Bereich der IT-/OT-Systemadministration durch das gewerbliche Eigenpersonal entsprechend der Beauftragung durch den vorgesetzten Meister und die Fachabteilungen verantwortlich.

Du bist disziplinarische:r und fachliche:r Vorgesetzte:r für die zugeordneten Mitarbeitenden.

Wesentliche Aufgabenbereiche

  • Du planst, koordinierst und überwachst die zugewiesenen Arbeitsaufträge, Ressourcen und Termine.
  • Du steuerst und führst die fachlichen Abstimmungen zwischen den Fachbereichen und deinem Team.
  • Du leitest daraus konkrete Aufgaben ab, priorisierst diese und verteilst sie entsprechend der Kompetenzen und Kapazitäten im Team.
  • Du arbeitest selbst aktiv bei Wartung, Installation, Konfiguration und Störungsbehebung an IT-/OT-Systemen mit.
  • Du stellst gemeinsam mit deinem Team die Verfügbarkeit der Client-, Server- und Virtualisierungslandschaft sicher.
  • Du koordinierst und unterstützt die Administration von Active Directory, Domänendiensten, Monitoring, Updates, Virenschutz und Backup.
  • Du wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft sowie bei Maßnahmen zur Cyber-Sicherheit und zur Erfüllung der KRITIS-Vorgaben mit.
  • Du sorgst für eine nachvollziehbare Dokumentation, entwickelst die Qualifikation im Team weiter und unterstützt bei Arbeitsschutz sowie bei der Steuerung von Servicepartnern.

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration oder langjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich; eine weiterführende Qualifikation ist wünschenswert.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Systemadministration, idealerweise im IT-/OT-Umfeld industrieller oder energietechnischer Anlagen.
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung, Arbeitskoordination und Vorbereitung von Aufträgen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-Client- und Serversystemen, Active Directory, Virtualisierung von Computersystemen, Monitoring, WSUS, Backup und Virenschutz.
  • Kenntnisse zu Cyber-Sicherheit und KRITIS-Anforderungen sind von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisations-, Team- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit.
  • Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B.
