Für die Vattenfall GmbH suchen wir ab sofort eine:n Jurist:in für den Konzernbetriebsrat in befristeter Anstellung an den Standorten Berlin oder Hamburg.
Sie unterstützen den Konzernbetriebsrat durch Beratung in strategischen und fachlichen Fragestellungen. Sie koordinieren die interne und externe Kommunikation, stellen die ordnungsgemäßen Abläufe der betrieblichen Mitbestimmung auf Konzernebene sicher und begleiten die internationale Mitbestimmung im European Works Council.
Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Die arbeitsrechtliche Begleitung des Konzernbetriebsrats und Beratung in strategischen Fragestellungen stellt ein wesentlicher Bestandteil Ihrer Arbeit dar.
- Sie unterstützen dabei den Konzernbetriebsratsvorsitz konzeptionell, mit der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Vorträgen zur internen und externen Kommunikation sowie im Rahmen von Verhandlungen.
- Ihr Know-How setzen Sie gezielt bei der Gestaltung und Konzeption von Betriebsvereinbarungen, der Umsetzung der Regeln des Betriebsverfassungsgesetzes und Anwendungsfragen betrieblicher und tarifvertraglicher Vereinbarungen ein.
Ihr Profil
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder werden es in absehbarer Zeit beenden , vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Arbeitsrecht. Sie verfügeben bereits über Berufserfahrungen in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld oder haben als Einsteigerin bereits einen klaren Fokus auf arbeitsrechtliche Themen.
- Sie haben gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Sie verfügen über ein sehr hohes Maß an Integrität, Eigenmotivation, Dienstleistungsorientierung und Pflichtbewusstsein, arbeiten selbstständig und strukturiert.
- Präzision und Überzeugungskraft in Wort und Schrift ist Ihnen wichtig.
- Souveränes Auftreten und Kontaktfreude, verbunden mit der Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit sind Ihre Stärke.
