What They Do

Working There

Sol-Up offers roles primarily in solar design, engineering, installation, operations, sales, and project management, reflecting its all-employee, in-house execution model without third-party subcontractors (source: solup.com). The company operates multiple offices in the Las Vegas area and Reno, supporting a local market focus and community engagement through its onsite showroom and educational seminars (source: linkedin.com). Additionally, Sol-Up emphasizes technician training and field apprenticeship opportunities through its "Solar University" model, fostering skill development and career growth within the company (source: 702alliance.com). While specific employee benefits are not publicly documented, the company’s strong brand partnerships, local market leadership, and comprehensive warranty offerings create an attractive environment for professionals in the solar industry (source: nevadabusiness.com).
