Enfinity Global is looking for a HR Intern that will be part of the Americas HR department reporting in Miami, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
  • Support Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and communication with employees and vendors.
  • Payroll Support: Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data submission and compliance with deadlines.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Help coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and ensure smooth transitions during employee exits.
  • HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports related to headcount, turnover, and other key metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in streamlining and optimizing HR administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other administrative matters.

Requirements

  • You have or are doing a bachelor's/master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • You have 0-2 years of internship experience and/or relevant coursework in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You show proficiency with HRIS platforms and strong Excel skills.
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • You have the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • You show strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • You have a proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
