Power Platform Administrator

As a pivotal figure in Northvolt's IT landscape the Power Platform Administrator supports and enhances business applications centered around Power Platforms & M365. This role demands collaboration with various departments to ensure applications are optimized, functional, and aligned with our global standards.

Responsibilities

• Resolve application issues efficiently, ensuring system reliability and user satisfaction.
• Strategize and oversee the management of Power Automate and App solutions.
• Guide the organization in scalable application management and development practices.
• Administer and configure the Microsoft Power Platform and act as a global administrator for M365.
• Maintain and enhance application security, availability, and performance.
• Optimize applications to meet business needs in collaboration with functional leaders.
• Document and debug application enhancements, ensuring best practices.
• Analyze user feedback to improve application performance and functionality.
• Create custom reports and SQL queries to support business needs.
• Communicate effectively with senior management regarding strategic solutions and improvements.
• Mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
• Define and interpret business requirements for targeted solutions.
• Uphold Northvolt's policies and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in supporting enterprise-level applications and cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, M365, and Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Atlassian, ITIL frameworks, and project management principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to manage stress and deliver under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business, or related field, or 8 years relevant experience.
• At least 3 years in an application support or analyst role.
