As an RPA Business Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our automation initiatives, collaborating closely with business systems architects, project managers, and application developers.

Your role is crucial in delivering automation solutions that boost user productivity, leveraging reusable components, and adhering to our development best practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify automation opportunities across various business functions.
  • Transform business problems into technical solutions, proposing high-level implementation strategies.
  • Collaborate on solution development to ensure compliance with requirements and successful delivery.
  • Conduct impact analysis, ROI assessments, and quality assurance to guarantee robust and reliable products.
  • Foster a community of super users/CoE, creating engaging content that supports knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Simplify complex information into actionable user stories and visual process diagrams, enhancing stakeholder understanding and engagement.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in process automation and analysis, project management, process mining, and familiarity with automation tools (UiPath, MS Power Platform ).
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, integration methodologies, and enterprise applications.
  • Experience with or a strong understanding of integrations (similar to projects involving HD Worx or HR Core).
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior analysts.

Bonus points

  • Advanced business analytics and system design experience.
  • Ability to create or analyze PowerBI dashboards and models is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Process & Data mining.
  • Knowledge of task/process mining technologies and ITIL Service Management.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, MCSE/D, UiPath ABA) and experience with Agile methodologies.
