As a Technical Trainer you will champion enablement initiatives to upskill Northvolters on all technical innovations and ways of working globally. You will ensure business process consistency and efficiency across the organization by developing and deploying IT systems training to scale to meet the demands of a fast-growing and dynamic manufacturing business.
Key responsibilities
- Work with and form relationships with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to evaluate and track business process improvements to IT systems and manage training needs
- Articulate and record cross-functional business requirements to effectively collaborate with IT systems architects to improve functionality and project managing improvement deliverables
- Design and develop flexible training curricula
- Plan and execute the training curricula for users
- Track and maintain super user communities and ensure all training curricula stays up to date and remains useful
- Advise and suggest best practices for documentation and internal education.
- Continuously improve learning and development strategies and LMS functionality for all users
- Contribute to building a learning culture
- Interface with various business and technical teams within the Northvolt organization
Skills & Requirements
Requirements
- A university degree or MBA in Business, Operations, or Project Management
- 3-5 years working experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Operations (e.g. Manufacturing), Project Management or Consulting
- Experience working in Enterprise Applications such as ERP and/or PLM systems a plus
- Experience in classroom teaching or tutoring a plus
- Experience working with Engineering a plus
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and verbal English, Swedish a plus
