Your Responsibilities 🚀
- Lead Qwello's business operations in Poland across sales, business development, construction, and maintenance
- Derive market segments and the according approaches with relevant portfolio and product features to match our customer requirements and exceed their expectations
- Drive strategic growth by expanding the customer base in public and semi-public spaces and participating in relevant tenders
- Ensure effective project execution, from site acquisition to installation and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time, on-budget delivery
- Build and manage local teams and collaborate with international colleagues across departments
- Structure, document, and optimize workflows using internal tools (e.g., CRM), ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing
Your Profile ✨
- 7+ years of experience in sales and team leadership, preferably in infrastructure or technology-driven industries
- Proven track record in B2G (business-to-government) environments, working with public institutions, municipalities, or cities
- Experience with EV charging, energy, or related infrastructure is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to self-organize and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Polish is essential
- A hands-on, proactive mindset with a passion for driving change and delivering results
