Job Description

In line with global trends, South Korea is facing the need to profoundly transform its energy and industry systems. Having pledged climate neutrality by 2050, the country needs a transformation to fully decarbonize both sectors within just one generation, which requires bold investments, technological innovation and a detailed policy strategy. At the same time, with more than 90% of primary energy still sourced from imported fossil fuels, the shift to clean energy is also a matter of industrial competitiveness and energy security; imperatives that have only grown more urgent in the wake of recent global energy crises.
