YOUR MISSIONS

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic infrastructure projects from development through to final acceptance and beyond, under the supervision of the Head of Projects and the Asset Owner. You will ensure successful execution in line with contractual, financial, technical, and ESHSSE requirements.

Project Development & Feasibility

  • Support Development and Procurement teams in assessing technical feasibility of complex projects.
  • Participate in site visits, equipment and resource planning, and procurement processes.

Project Execution & Contract Management

  • Oversee EPC and Owner's Engineer contracts, validate milestone payments, and ensure scope execution aligns with investment committee assumptions.
  • Manage risks, budget tracking, and contract modifications or claims with support from the Contract Manager.
  • Coordinate cash flow forecasts for both SPV and operational entities.

Construction Monitoring & Compliance

  • Ensure works comply with technical specs, contractual obligations, and ESHSSE standards.
  • Review contractor deliverables, progress reports, and propose corrective actions when needed.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to maintain project timelines and resolve delays.

Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting

  • Lead cross-functional project teams (PMO, engineering, HSE, contract management).
  • Interface with lenders, consultants, and authorities for audits, site visits, and reporting.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including permits and documentation.

Commissioning & Close-Out

  • Prepare for energization and commercial operation, ensuring all deliverables are in place.
  • Manage warranty period and produce a comprehensive close-out and lessons learned report.
  • Support logistics and customs processes for equipment delivery and VAT exemptions.

ESHSSE & Quality Assurance

  • Monitor ESHSSE plan implementation, analyze deviations and near misses, and promote safety culture.
  • Review RAMS and method statements for critical operations.
  • Supervise quality control with internal/external quality managers and address non-conformities.

Team Management

  • Develop team skills through training and coaching.
  • Set individual and collective goals, manage workloads, and facilitate team communication.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Master's degree from an engineering school
  • Master's degree in project management or PMP is a plus
  • 10 years of experience in execution or construction project management
  • In depth knowledge in solar, wind, hydro, and/or storage energy fields
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial project construction or the energy sector
  • Deep understanding of principles of construction contracts
  • General knowledge of construction law and labor law
  • In-depth knowledge of HSES regulations
  • Proficient in professional English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, etc.)
