Funnel Architecture & Systems Design

  • Map the complete customer journey: anonymous visit → lead → SQL → closed-won → expansion.
  • Design and maintain field structures, object relationships, routing logic, and lifecycle stages in Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between website, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, and sales tools.

Hands-On Execution (Non-Negotiable)

  • Build and modify forms, fields, workflows, routing rules.
  • Configure lead assignment, round-robin logic, and territory rules.
  • Build and maintain lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and attribution rules.

Conversion Optimization
