Job Description

In this position you will support the Sales Team by becoming the competent point of contact for technical administration issues towards the customer. You are responsible to review customer administrative inquiries; additionally, you will take care of the documentation which includes the coordination with the commercial part.

How you'll make an impact

  • You will close coordination with Sales Team, proactive in communication and preparation of supporting documents to customers during tendering stage (letter of support, warranty letter, etc.).
  • You will oversee in the case of direct bidding, preparing the bid documents (company deeds, licenses, product: brochures, test reports, references, etc.)
  • You will coordinate with finance and controlling team for bonds requests (bid bond, performance bond, etc.).
  • You will be assisting the administration process for product qualification (DPT) in PLN and its renewal, vendor registration for new customers (customer company deeds, latest financial report, etc.).
  • You will be attending to travel bookings, e.g. tickets, hotels, visa, local transportation at site, etc.
  • You will support SAP related approval process, in particular for procurement of office stationaries and operation drivers.
  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in any disciplines, however, degree in Engineering would be preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience, especially in tendering.
  • High level of initiative, assertiveness and customer focus.
  • Good communication skills.
