About the role
The Senior Manager, Technology Risk, Strategy and Insights is a senior leader within the Strategy & Technology Office, accountable for integrating Technology risk, strategy and insights into a clear, executive-ready narrative. The role supports high-quality decision-making across the Technology Leadership Team, Executive forums and Board committees, while uplifting the maturity, consistency and effectiveness of Technology risk management and strategic alignment across the enterprise.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end Technology Risk, Compliance and Governance ecosystem, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory expectations
- Lead Technology risk governance forums, decision pathways and escalation mechanisms
- Oversee Technology risk artefacts, audit activities, assurance outcomes and executive reporting
- Own and lead Technology's strategic planning governance, cadence and prioritisation processes
- Integrate Technology strategy, delivery priorities, capability considerations and performance insights
- Lead the development of clear, actionable technology risk, performance and strategic insights
- Influence Technology leaders and executives through high-quality synthesis, storytelling and advice
What You'll Bring
- Significant experience leading risk, strategy, governance or insights functions in complex technology environments
- Strong strategic thinking, synthesis and executive storytelling capability
- Demonstrated ability to operate confidently with senior leaders, executives and Boards
- Deep understanding of technology operating models, delivery environments and enterprise risk practices
- Proven ability to translate complexity into clear, decision-ready advice
- Strong leadership, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
