We are looking for a Senior Manager Strategic Controlling & Stakeholder Reporting to join a restructuring team overseeing developer platforms invested in renewable energy and real estate assets on behalf of a regulated fund investor.

In this role, you will take ownership of the strategic controlling of the corporate side of the developer platforms, with a strong focus on monthly budget monitoring, variance analysis, liquidity planning and stakeholder reporting. You will ensure that budgets, costs, cash flows and financial developments are monitored in line with the agreed framework and that deviations are identified, analysed and reported in a timely and transparent manner.

The reporting framework is already established and will need to be maintained, quality-assured and selectively refined to meet governance, investor and restructuring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own strategic controlling for the corporate side of developer platforms in a restructuring context
  • Closely monitor monthly budgets, liquidity plans, cost structures and cash flows
  • Track compliance with the existing restructuring agreement and agreed financial framework
  • Identify, analyse and report budget deviations, risks and funding requirements
  • Prepare and quality-assure regular stakeholder reporting for management, investors, shareholders, financing partners and internal functions
  • Refine existing reporting content, KPIs and commentary in close collaboration with developers and the restructuring team
  • Support the professionalisation of existing controlling, reporting and governance processes

Your Profile

  • Several years (+5) of relevant experience in strategic controlling, restructuring, FP&A, corporate finance, investment controlling, portfolio controlling or asset management
  • Experience with restructuring situations, regulated fund structures, developer platforms, renewable energy, real estate or infrastructure is an advantage
  • Strong experience in monthly budget monitoring, variance analysis, liquidity planning and stakeholder reporting
  • Good understanding of governance requirements, reporting discipline and financial control in regulated investment structures
  • Ability to work with existing agreements, budgets and reporting frameworks and ensure disciplined execution
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial and operational topics into clear management information
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
  • Structured, proactive and hands-on working style with a strong sense of ownership, accuracy and accountability
