Since 2009, we have been working with one clear mission: a Zonnefabriek for every home. What started with solar panels has now grown into a complete range of sustainable solutions. In recent years, we have proven ourselves as a reliable and reputable installer and have a strong, satisfied customer base. These customers sometimes have a question, malfunction or special situation. It's great that you're there to help them.

What will you do?

As a Technical Support Specialist, you are the point of contact for customers after their installation has been delivered. You help with technical issues and ensure that customers get the maximum out of their system. You:

  • Proactively resolve malfunctions and issues and dive into a case until the best solution is found.
  • Answer questions about panels, inverters, batteries, charging stations and smart home control.
  • Offer relevant expansions and services to existing customers (e.g. charging stations, system expansion or smart control).
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and carefully handle complaints.
  • Schedule service appointments with our technicians and monitor progress.
  • Neatly and systematically record everything in our system.

This way, you make a daily difference for hundreds of households and contribute to a smooth energy transition.

  • A salary between €2,600 and €3,700 gross per month (depending on knowledge and experience) + 8% holiday pay
  • 25 vacation days (based on full-time)
  • Independent role with a lot of freedom and room for personal development
  • Delicious lunch, fun social activities and drinks

Although our range has expanded in recent years, the culture remains the same: informal, with short lines and a lot of personal attention. We celebrate successes together - from lunches and drinks to team outings and fun events.

Who are you?

A background/education in physics, technology and/or electricity will help you in this role. If you don't have that, but you do have affinity and are eager to learn, we'll be happy to teach you. You also have:

  • HBO-level work and thinking skills
  • A strong motivation to contribute to the energy transition
  • A customer-oriented and solution-focused attitude
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Accuracy in your work and careful file management
