Job Description

The role is a part of the Global IT Team supporting us with operational and strategical tasks. You will be our internal partner to overview license usage and operate the License-Management.

What will you do?

You form the interface between procurement, licence management and internal customers in an international environment
You are responsible for checking licence conditions in the course of contract negotiations for new software demands or renewals
You drive the further development of the licence management function together with us
You are responsible for the tool-supported analysis of internal licence requirements
You advise internally on suitable licence and purchase models in the course of software selection

What will you need to succeed?

Proven experience (5+ years) as an IT-License-Manager in a comparable position
Strong understanding of Microsoft license environments
Strong understanding of IT-Contracts, especially SaaS
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
First experience in internal software audits is helpful
