Job Description

We are looking for an accounting and Tax specialist who will be responsible for the preparation and management of the administrative, financial, tax issues and accountancy of the groups of the companies under management.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of reference for a specific client, ensuring a high quality of service and meeting all requests from clients on a timely basis;
• Issued and received invoices registration.
• Preparation and submission of the applicable taxes.
• Banks movements registration (payments, receivables, tax liquidations, loans repayments...).
• Preparation and submission of financial reporting to the client including main KPIs.
• Banks reconciliations.
• Accruing of the projects´ incomes.
• Accruing of the main expenses: Insurance, land lease, depreciation, O&M...).
• Documentation management (physical and digital archive).
• Making tax schedules
• Supporting on preparation and deposit of Annual Accounts and official books.
• Prepare VAT returns on a monthly and quarterly basis, and assist with tax queries as required;
• Supporting on Calculation and submission of the Value of Electricity Generation Tax Return
• Drafting of mandatory communications to the Tax Authorities and elaborating local tax documentation
• Managing notifications of the Tax Authorities (mostly through Authorized Electronic Address - DEH)

Key Requirements

• Accounting, financial and tax knowledge of small and medium companies
• 2/3 years-experience
• Qualified with experience in accounting for renewable assets is a must
• Good communication skills
• Be able to meet deadlines
• Strong Aptitude for math, attention to detail
• Ability to organize their work independently and as part of a team
• English Fluent

Studies

• Degree in Economics , Business Administration, Economics/Law.
