Job Description

The role will be responsible for developing and executing B2B cash business opportunities within Nigeria, while also supporting the identification and securing of export opportunities from Nigeria into Francophone and Anglophone markets across West and North Africa. The Business Development Manager will serve as a key commercial driver, responsible for originating, structuring, and closing new business initiatives aligned with the company's growth strategy.

The successful candidate will be a commercially experienced professional with a strong track record in building partnerships, penetrating new markets, and delivering sustainable revenue growth through proactive business development and relationship management.

People and Partner Management

  • Coordinate and work with internal teams and partner channels to achieve agreed volume and revenue targets.
  • Drive growth in both transaction volume and cash value across existing and new partner channels.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, logistics, and compliance teams to enable successful deal execution.

Strategic Sales and Growth

  • Identify, develop and close new B2B cash revenue opportunities within Nigeria.
  • Support the development of export-led business opportunities into Francophone and Anglophone markets in West and North Africa.
  • Deliver sales volume, revenue growth, and market share at optimized cost levels.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies focused on financial performance, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.
