BayWa r.e. Operation Services GmbH bietet weltweit umfangreiche Betriebs- und Wartungsdienstleistungen für Wind- und Solarenergieanlagen sowie Ladeinfrastruktur an. Wir nutzen hochmodernes Datenmanagement und Monitoringsysteme, um für hohe Erträge zu sorgen, eine hohe Verfügbarkeit zu gewährleisten und Industriestandards zu setzen. Unsere Techniker vor Ort stellen einen reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Anlagen sicher.

Aufgrund unseres Wachstums suchen wir ab sofort zur Verstärkung unseres PV-Service -Teams nach einer Elektrofachkraft/ einem Servicetechniker (all genders) in Bendorf.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Instandsetzungstätigkeiten an Photovoltaikanlagen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Analyse und Lösung technischer Störungen und Herausforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Planungsteam
  • Prüfung, Bewertung und Analyse von erneuerbaren Energieanlagen sowie ganzheitliches Anlagenverständnis - vom Transformator über die Mittelspannungsschaltanlage bis hin zur Erzeugungsanlage
  • Arbeiten mit digitalen Planungstools (z. B. FRM) sowie digitale Erfassung und Dokumentation aller Tätigkeiten in Form von Berichten und Servicereports über unsere Service-App
  • Durchführung von Störungsdiensten inklusive Wochenendbereitschaft (Regionsabhängig)
  • Arbeiten nach definierten Unternehmensstandards (z. B. DIN EN ISO 9001) sowie konsequente Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Arbeits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Teilnahme an angeordneten Qualifizierungs- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen für Elektrofachkräfte und Umsetzung der erworbenen Kenntnisse im Arbeitsalltag

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation - auch motivierte Quereinsteiger mit elektrotechnischem Hintergrund (mindestens EFK) sind herzlich willkommen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Photovoltaik, erneuerbare Energien oder elektrischer Energieanlagen (z. B. PV-, Wind- oder Energieanlagen) sind wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Wartung, Instandhaltung und im Störungsdienst elektrischer Anlagen
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, insbesondere im Lesen und Interpretieren von Stromlaufplänen; Kenntnisse in der Steuerungstechnik (SPS) oder Energieversorgung sind von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und sicherheitsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Service- und Lösungsorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft und Freude an der gemeinsamen Lösung technischer Herausforderungen
  • Hohe Flexibilität sowie Reise- und Einsatzbereitschaft für Außendiensteinsätze
  • Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B (ehemals Klasse 3)
