Job Description
As our new Associate, you will support the commercial asset management of renewable energy projects across the Baltics. You will collaborate with experienced Commercial Asset Managers and contribute to the development of our asset management function.
Scope of Work
- Take commercial responsibility for selected solar PV, BESS and wind assets;
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Group Finance, PPA, and Project Development teams;
- Contribute ideas for commercial and financial optimisation;
- Drive income and expense control for operational projects;
- Assist in contract negotiations and monitor contractual obligations (ratios, guarantees, warranties, etc.);
- Assist with data analysis and communication with investors and banks;
- Follow up on financial budgets, including deviation analysis and liquidity forecasts.
To thrive in this position
You probably hold a degree in finance, economics, business administration or similar. You may be newly graduated or with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
In addition, we are looking for
- Experience with data analysis;
- Full professional proficiency in English and preferably either Lithuanian or Latvian;
- You are structured, curious, and eager to learn how to optimise energy assets. You have a commercial mindset and enjoy contributing ideas and improvements.
