Job Description
As part of a global HR Transformation program, Siemens Energy is in the process of standardizing and harmonizing its HR services and systems. We are looking for a working student for Poland, who is ready to get an overview and support to oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (currently being delivered through an ecosystem of providers) and able to support on mapping these processes and perform data visualization and preparation utilizing tools as Power Point, Power BI, and especially Excel.
How You'll Make an Impact
- As a key support of the global SE HR PS&S team, you will work closely with the Regional HR Services Manager to learn and understand the local HR processes and the connection to an external provider.
- You will also learn to deliver, evaluate and interpret transaction-based data like costs to external HR Services and Payroll providers and content of shared services delivered HR processes.
- Perform data visualization and preparation, utilizing tools such as Power Point, Excel, Power BI, ARIBA
- Develop the ability to support managing external HR providers and map end to end processes.
- You will partner closely with the external vendor provider and local SE HR PS&S teams to understand and document the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, also understand and develop cost estimations, GBS demand process and supporting on drive continuous improvement.
- Creation of end-to-end process mapping and understanding the vendor management structure and taxonomy.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Polish.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel; Workday knowledge or/and SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand the business context behind the data.
- Eager to learn, independent, and self-organized work approach. Good communication and coordination skills; adaptable and able to handle change.
- Experience in developing documentation and work instructions. Problem solving and critical thinking skills with continuous improvement mindset. Analytical skills, ability to use data to drive decisions.
