Job Description
Do you want to join a global fund manager in energy infrastructure investments? If so, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is currently looking for an Analyst to join our Global Rewards team based in Copenhagen.
The Global Rewards Team is part of the broader People team at CIP. In this role, your primary focus will be on providing rewards support in compensation, benefits and analytics related matters in accordance with CIP's overarching strategic goals.
Role
We are looking for a curious, analytical and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our Global Rewards team. This is a great opportunity for a student interested in Compensation, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or HR to gain practical experience working with global compensation and benefits programs.???
As our Student Assistant - Global Rewards, you will support global compensation, benefits, and people analytics activities across multiple countries, working closely with the Global Rewards team on both operational and strategic initiatives.
The position is part-time and based in our headquarters in Nord??. The workload will vary depending on ongoing projects, with flexibility to structure your time according to your schedule.
Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to
- Compensation & Benchmarking: Support market pricing, salary benchmarking, and maintenance of reward frameworks using external data.
- Analytics & Reporting: Prepare analyses, dashboards, and presentations; ensure data quality and respond to ad-hoc requests.
- Reward Cycles: Assist with annual salary and bonus processes, including data preparation, reporting, and communication materials.
- Global Benefits: Support benchmarking, vendor coordination, and analysis of benefits programs across markets.
- Projects & Research: Contribute to pay transparency, pay equity, and broader People projects; conduct research and prepare leadership materials.
You
- Pursuing a degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or similar.
- Solid analytical and Excel skills; comfortable with PowerPoint and handling large datasets.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage confidential information.
- Effective communicator in English; motivated and willing to learn.
- Interest in compensation, benefits, or people analytics.
Please note that we do not offer a remote working opportunity, thus you must be a Danish resident or an upcoming student enrolled in a Danish university to be eligible for this role. Students on exchange in Denmark are not considered eligible for this position.
