Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure? If so, CIP Fund Solutions (CIP FS) is looking for an Analyst to join our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Team

The team sits within EMEA Finance and consists of a close-knit group of seven professionals working in a highly operational environment focused on managing fund cash flows. Their work is closely linked to cash calls, distributions, restructurings, acquisitions, and divestments, ensuring that all transactions are executed accurately, efficiently, and in line with legal and tax frameworks. Acting as a key function within the fund setup, the team ensures that processes run smoothly and that cash flows are well-controlled and compliant at all times.

Role

As a Student Analyst in our Business Finance team, you will be working closely with investment procedures in the EMEA region including, acquiring new investments, divestments, as well as distributing funds back to the investors once the assets generate revenue. In doing so, you will support the coordination, modelling, forecasting, and structuring of funding.

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to

  • Structuring and modelling of cash call packages,
  • Updating loan models,
  • Preparing and following up on legal document fillings,
  • Developing Excel models,
  • Supporting process development.

The position is part-time and based in our headquarters in Nord??.

You

We are looking for a motivated individual holding a relevant degree and currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or similar. You are organized, personable and self-motivated, interested in starting a career in Finance and being an essential part of the team.

We look for the following in a candidate

  • Highly motivated with solid interpersonal and collaborative skills,
  • Great organizational skills with high attention to detail,
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Motivated and able to work efficiently, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Please note that we do not offer a remote working opportunity, thus you must be a Danish resident or an upcoming student enrolled in a Danish university to be eligible for this role. Students on exchange in Denmark are not considered eligible for this position.
