You'll play an important role in
- managing the day-to-day organisation of the Asset Surveillance Room shift rota and team, ensuring appropriate staffing for continuous operational coverage
- providing expert guidance to shift teams on WTG operations, monitoring, diagnostics, and remote response processes
- conducting alarm and data monitoring, trend analysis, and fault-finding in line with approved Remote Operating Procedures
- leading improvements to ASR operating software, business processes, Standard Operating Procedures, and Remote Operating Procedures
- collaborating with fleet management, operational sites, HSE, IT, asset management, compliance, and external providers to help resolve operational issues
- supporting reporting, performance analysis, LEAN ways of working, and initiatives that improve wind farm availability, performance, and operational resilience.
To succeed in the role, you
- bring strong WTG and/or BOP domain knowledge, including confidence working with operational systems, data, and technical information
- have experience with SCADA operation, diagnostics, remote troubleshooting, or equivalent operational control experience
- communicate clearly in English and can provide timely, professional responses to customers, stakeholders, and operational teams
- take ownership of issues, make effective handovers when needed, and use the wider Ørsted organisation to solve problems
- are proactive in improving processes, applying LEAN thinking, and supporting continuous improvement across the team
- enjoy developing others, sharing knowledge, working independently, and adapting your working pattern when operational needs require it.
Maybe you've read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don't quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
