Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Project Controller to join our growing PMO team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting successful project delivery across our business - driving performance, improving processes, and ensuring strong project controls on some of our most complex and high-impact projects.

What you'll be doing
You will take a lead role in ensuring our projects stay on track, delivering high-quality financial and performance insights. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of Project Controllers
- Providing financial control across large, complex projects, including using Earned Value Management
- Building strong working relationships with project teams to influence project activities
- Preparing and presenting performance reports to leadership and stakeholders
- Driving improvements in project control processes, policies, and procedures
- Supporting the Head of PMO with strategic initiatives to enhance project performance
What we're looking for
Essential:
- Degree in Project Management, Business Management or related field
- Strong expertise in project controls
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work from the office part of the week
Desirable:
- Project management qualification (Prince2, APM, PMP)
