We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Project Controller to join our growing PMO team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting successful project delivery across our business - driving performance, improving processes, and ensuring strong project controls on some of our most complex and high-impact projects.

What you'll be doing

You will take a lead role in ensuring our projects stay on track, delivering high-quality financial and performance insights. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of Project Controllers
  • Providing financial control across large, complex projects, including using Earned Value Management
  • Building strong working relationships with project teams to influence project activities
  • Preparing and presenting performance reports to leadership and stakeholders
  • Driving improvements in project control processes, policies, and procedures
  • Supporting the Head of PMO with strategic initiatives to enhance project performance

What we're looking for

Essential:

  • Degree in Project Management, Business Management or related field
  • Strong expertise in project controls
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work from the office part of the week

Desirable:

  • Project management qualification (Prince2, APM, PMP)
