Job Description

Have you ever looked at a wind turbine and thought:

"Someone has to make sure all of this runs on time, safely, and smoothly... and that someone could be me"?

At FairWind, we know that strong wind is only part of the story. What really keeps turbines turning is smart planning, clear thinking, and people who stay calm when everything is in motion.

That's why we're looking for a Service Planner - someone who enjoys being the quiet force behind successful wind energy projects.

You connect all the moving parts: people, tools, materials, logistics, weather forecasts, safety rules, and customer expectations - and turn them into one realistic, well‑timed plan.

When your plan works perfectly, no one notices - and that's a compliment.

Your qualifications

You'll love this role if you:

  • enjoy organizing complexity and bringing structure to chaos
  • think a few steps ahead instead of reacting last minute
  • stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly
  • care about details, but also see the bigger picture
  • believe safety is a mindset, not just a procedure

Experience in planning, logistics, technical services, construction, or energy is a strong plus. Wind experience is welcome - curiosity, responsibility, and ownership matter most.

Your Role

  • Build smart, realistic service and maintenance plans for wind turbines
  • Decide who goes where, when, and with what - before the wind changes its mind
  • Make sure tools, materials, and logistics are ready before anyone asks
  • Balance safety rules, weather conditions, customer priorities, and real life
  • Optimize schedules to reduce downtime, standby costs, and unnecessary stress
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Coordinators, Technicians, Warehouse, Procurement, and HSE
  • Improve and standardize planning processes - because "we've always done it this way" is not our favorite sentence

What we offer

  • Stable employment
  • Flexible working hours
  • Opportunities for personal and professional development
  • Collaboration with an experienced and skilled team
  • Strengthening and improving language skills
  • Autonomy in your work
  • Multinational work environment
  • Training budget to help you address any skill gaps and enhance competencies needed to perform your job effectively
  • Benefits: Luxmed healthcare, Multisport card, and group insurance
