Currently we are looking for: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and drive end-to-end recruitment processes at Axpo, from role intake to offer and onboarding support
  • Act as a single point of contact for hiring managers within the assigned business areas
  • Partner with hiring managers and the recruitment team to design and execute effective sourcing strategies
  • Proactively suggest and implement new recruitment tactics to attract high-quality talent
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend ways to simplify, optimize, and enhance recruitment processes, procedures, and tools
  • Build and continuously expand a professional network within the energy sector and relevant talent markets
  • Ensure an excellent and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Maintain clear, timely, and transparent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders

Our requirements

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or Economics
  • Experience in direct sourcing techniques (including LinkedIn Recruiter), job boards, and talent mapping
  • Experience in partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders
  • Knowledge of end‑to‑end recruitment and best talent acquisition practices
  • A solid understanding of both candidate experience principles and employer branding
  • Ability to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies in competitive talent markets
  • Ability to build trust and communicate clearly with both candidates and stakeholders
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Comfort with working in dynamic environments
  • High professionalism and integrity when handling sensitive information
  • Languages: Polish (fluent), English (fluent)
